Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If the order you purchased is returned to sender due to an insufficient address or delivery rejected we will charge a 25% restocking fee and the cost of the label.

If you received free shipping on your order and it was rejected upon delivery or insufficient address, etc. We will charge the cost of the label and the 25% restocking fee. 

 
If you receive an item that is not as advertised please send photo's to our email tuzoscollectibles@gmail.com. Please make sure you have your packing slip INCLUDED in your email. Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your package. NO EXCEPTIONS if you are sending photo's after this time period we will not accept the claim. 

We do not refund or exchange if box condition, paint job, sticker placement, or position of product are not 100% perfect. Thank you for your understanding.
